All Our Hotels Hold the Green Key Eco-Certification

All of our hotels are Green Key certified, meaning we operate according to strict international environmental criteria. Target: 15% Less Food Waste

Food accounts for over one-third of the environmental impact of consumption, which is why we aim to lead the way in reducing food waste. Sokotel restaurants participate in national food waste awareness weeks and encourage staff to adopt best practices for minimizing waste. We also communicate actively with guests about reducing food waste.

Reducing Plastic

We have eliminated plastic bags, straws, and cocktail sticks from all our hotels and restaurants. In our hotels, we’ve also replaced plastic-containing cotton swabs with plastic-free alternatives and introduced pens made from recycled plastic. We’re gradually removing plastic packaging from in-room products and replacing fleece blankets with natural fiber alternatives.
